CEO & Co-Founder
Shahak Maimon
Shahak Maimon has been a visionary within the Central American real estate industry for over four years. Leaving behind his roots in Israel, he embraced his nomadic spirit and began to cultivate his expertise in sourcing land as he began to build his real estate companies overseas.
GAYA, his most recent and upcoming project combines both of his life passions- entrepreneurship and exotic tropical living. Playa Venao is where he felt a natural connection and where he has decided to plant new roots as he continues to grow his business and lead his team

Gabriel Farchi
Gabriel Farchi has embraced his entrepreneurial spirit from his youth. Born in Guatemala, moved to Spain when he was 4 years old, to Israel at age 14, and finally to Los Angeles, which made his personality uniquely adaptable. Gabriel started his entrepreneurship journey by producing parties and events at age 15, and within 3 years he owned one of the most successful clubs at that time in Israel. At the age of 23, he was a co- founder and CMO of a startup App. Gabriel also specializes in Marketing and Branding. He invented and distributed a product through retai stores. After 10 years of gaining a lot of business expertise, Gabriel is ready to lead the GAYA project, which aligns with his passion.
